How to get help

Email us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. It helps if you include your macOS version and a short description of what you were doing when the problem appeared.

Disconnecting your Gmail account

You can disconnect ElderMail from your Gmail account at any time, in either of two ways:

  • Remove the account inside ElderMail — this deletes the locally stored credentials for that account.
  • Revoke ElderMail's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Deleting your data

Everything ElderMail stores lives on your own Mac. To delete all of it, remove the ElderMail app and its data folder — your mail, settings, and credentials are deleted with it. Nothing is stored on our side, because ElderMail has no servers.
